As a General Contractor of projects in oil, gas, petrochemical, mineral and energy industries, Sadid Jahan Sanat has set principles of customer orientation & respecting to stakeholders, honesty, abiding by commitments and providing & maintaining a trusty & cooperative working environment among clients, business partners, suppliers, shareholders and employees as its core values. And, herby, declares the headlines of its Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy as below :

- Execution and management of projects based on national and international standards, known best practices and applicationmodern project management tools
- Enhancement of competence, performance, job satisfaction and contribution of employees
- Commitment to continual improvement in quality, occupational health and safety and environment to obtain customers and other internal & external stakeholders satisfaction
- Protection of environment as an asset for future generations through design and execution of projects using pollution prevention approach
- Providing a safe and healthy workplace and prevention of injuries and occupational illnesses
Managing Director in addition to declaring his commitment to above items, requests all employees in every organizational level to be committed to principles of this IMS Policy. Therefore, organization with cooperation of all personnel as its most valuable asset, has undertaken international standards of Quality Management System (IS09001:2008), Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSAS18001:2007) and Environmental Management System (ISO14001:2004) as the basis of its Integrated Management System and proceeds toward attainment of objectives of this policy.
